2 Qualities to Look for In A Listing Agent

1. Do they have experience in your neighborhood? You want an agent who has sold homes in your area, who has local knowledge and has access to the MLS.

2. What is their plan? There is so much more to effectively marketing than just listing a home on the MLS and waiting for a buyer.
